How to Apply

  1. Fill out the New Student Application and submit to the Front Office – You may pick it up from the front office (one application per student) or download here:
  2.  Bring the required documents – all documents must be current and official:
    • Birth Certificate
    • Sacramental Documents (Baptismal Certificate, First Communion) – if applicable
    • Immunization Records
    • Most recent Progress Report/Report Card – for students entering 1st-8th grade
    • Standardized Test Scores – if applicable
    • Financial Aid Application (with income tax forms or Notarized Income Statement) – if applying for financial aid.
  3. Meet with the Administration – The Front Office will make an appointment with your family and the Principal/Vice-Principals to secure any unique details and answer your questions.
