Listed here, by grade, are downloadable PDF forms for each class. Each PDF contains multiple forms. As you scroll through you may find a supply list, summer homework forms and some guidelines. All ICS students (PreK-8) are expected to work regularly on their summer reading and math assignments. The sixth through eighth grade supply list is added separately at the bottom of this site. When looking for your child’s or children’s items, please choose by the grade they will be attending this coming fall. We hope you have a wonderful summer!
